The business meeting of our Working Group was held on Thursday, 21 August, during the lunch break and had good attendance. The activities of our group were presented, and discussions on the future activities of the group were encouraged. The main takeaway was that the group should try to broaden its focus beyond just tactile maps, even though few members currently work on other topics. To help with this shift, they may need to find a Vice Chair from outside the traditional tactile mapping field.
